These prices are designed to make early-stage property due diligence more accessible before buyers, realtors, builders, or consultants commit to larger professional studies.

Launch pricing applies to simple properties and standard turnaround times.

Custom pricing may apply for: larger parcels, multiple properties, rural or complex sites, properties with significant water features or environmental constraints, custom GIS files (KMZ / SHP), additional revisions, consultant-ready map packages, or multi-site reviews.

Rush delivery may be available depending on workload and may include an additional fee of 30%–50%.

Zavia GIS provides preliminary desktop GIS screening and mapping based on publicly available data sources. Our work is intended to help clients identify potential mapped constraints and ask better questions earlier in the process.

For final decisions, clients should consult the appropriate licensed professionals — municipality, conservation authority, planner, engineer, surveyor, lawyer, or environmental consultant.
